ICTHM 2026 Concludes Successfully, Bringing Together International Experts and Researchers

The International Conference on Technology, Humanities and Management (ICTHM) 2026 concluded successfully at Zikura International College, providing a platform for academic exchange, professional collaboration and interdisciplinary dialogue among researchers, educators, industry professionals and policymakers.

Organized by Zikura International College and co-hosted by Fuvahmulah City Council, the conference brought together participants from four countries—Maldives, Turkey, Malaysia and India—reflecting the growing international reach of the event. The conference was further supported by its co-organizers: Medipol University, Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM), and the Institute of Public Enterprise.

ICTHM 2026 featured 25 participants and presenters who contributed to a diverse programme of presentations and discussions focused on technology, humanities, management, governance, innovation and sustainability. The conference served as a valuable forum for sharing research findings, exploring emerging challenges and identifying opportunities for collaboration across disciplines.

 A highlight of the event was the participation of seven distinguished keynote speakers whose presentations explored critical issues shaping the future of organizations, communities and public institutions. Topics ranged from artificial intelligence and leadership to governance, public policy and sustainable development.

Panel discussions encouraged participants to examine the relationship between technology, people and policy through the themes of innovation, accountability and long-term impact. Discussions explored how organizations can balance technological advancement with ethical decision-making, human development and sustainable outcomes.

The conference programme was structured around key themes including AI and Human-Centered Innovation, Sustainable Impact, Governance, Quality Assurance, Accountability, Ethics and Future-Oriented Decision Making. Participants engaged in thought-provoking discussions on how institutions can respond effectively to rapid technological change while maintaining a strong focus on human values, responsible governance and societal wellbeing.

As part of the conference’s commitment to academic excellence, research papers presented during ICTHM 2026 underwent evaluation by the conference committee. Outstanding research contributions were recognized through Best Paper Awards, acknowledging originality, relevance and academic quality. In addition, Best Presenter Awards were presented to researchers who demonstrated exceptional presentation skills, effective communication and engagement during their sessions, celebrating excellence in both research and knowledge dissemination. 

The closing ceremony celebrated the contributions of keynote speakers, presenters, sponsors, organizing partners and participants whose dedication and engagement contributed to the success of the conference. Certificates of participation and appreciation were presented in recognition of their valuable contributions.

As ICTHM 2026 concluded, organizers reaffirmed their commitment to fostering research, innovation and international collaboration. The conference successfully created opportunities for meaningful dialogue and knowledge exchange, further strengthening academic and professional networks across the region and beyond.
