Associate Degree in Human Resource Management (ADHRM) programme is designed to equip students with business skills, knowledge and the understanding necessary to achieve high performance in the global business environment. Students will be provided the insight and understanding into international business operations and the opportunities and challenges presented by a globalized market place. On successful completion of this programme students will have the confidence to contribute to strategic decision-making in an HR context and students will have strong theoretical and applied foundations which will add value to an organization’s HR function and role.
